Ocado Toolkit
STRIQE has supported a number of clients to build ambitious and sustainable programmes on Ocado. Some of these plans have supported new-to-Ocado suppliers utilising the Roots programme.
Others have involved established suppliers looking for a fresh-approach and revitalised performance with Ocado. Delivering in combination; lower costs, better spend efficiencies and better performing trade spend.
STRIQE has enabled their clients to break through barriers on Ocado.

DASH Water
Working within a small project team of consultants, STRIQE supported a project with DASH Water to revision their approach to building UK Grocery success by focusing on 3 areas:
Creation of category-based insights and an over-arching size of prize for UK Grocery retailers
Creation of the selling story using the STRIQE selling framework
Delivery of Sales Coaching and training to the wider demand team, including Sales & Marketing to support the new approach
The output from the project was a renewed sales opportunity for the Grocery channel that could be understood by buyers. A selling story that supported a refreshed brand direction and a demand team that was confident selling the new vision!

La Lorraine
STRIQE worked with La Lorraine Bakery Group to put together a UK Grocery Retail Strategy designed to introduce their range of products and freeze-to-fresh capabilities to UK buying teams.
This programme included meetings with Senior Buyers and Category Directors to determine their pressures in the operational model and find gaps where input costs and delivery was at odds with consumer expectations.
The subsequent roadshow and range introduction included Product Development, Technical and Commercial teams to create a fully encapsulated offer that had demonstrated evidence of success in other European Retailers.
