1. Cooling-Off Period
Under UK distance selling regulations, consumers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of the transaction. However, this right is waived if:

2. Faults or Performance Issues
If the digital training content is faulty or does not perform as described, you are entitled to the following remedies:

Repair or Replacement: STRIQE will provide a repair or replacement of the faulty content within a reasonable timeframe.

Refund: If repair or replacement is not possible, you may request a refund. Refunds will be processed within 28 days of the request.

3. Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
