Biggest Ever Aldi Price Match!

Sainsbury's is turning up the heat with its biggest ever Aldi Price Match campaign

Over 100 new products have joined the line-up today boosting the total to a whopping 800 items; a claim that the retailer proudly states outpaces any of its competitors in UK Grocery.

Simon Roberts, CEO, shared "From everyday essentials like shower gel, handwash, and cotton wool to the introduction of period care products for the first time, Sainsbury's is focused on making the weekly shop as budget-friendly as possible." 

"But that's not all...Sainsbury’s knows how to cater to summer cravings, and the expanded selection includes picnic "must-haves" like dips, quiches, sausage rolls, pork pies, and ice cubes. 🧊 The range of summer favourites doesn't stop there; the shelves are also stocked with sizzling staples such as bacon, sausages, feta, and even pet food."

🌞 On investigation of the offer there's good news for those raising a glass to the sunshine, the campaign has a variety of red, white, and sparkling wines including Champagne, Cava, and Prosecco🥂

The expansion comes at an interesting moment in the retail landscape, as Asda has recently scrapped its own Aldi and Lidl price match initiatives. Sainsbury's, continues to lean into the reputation that Aldi has for value - ensuring that shoppers can save without compromise.
