Ocado Delivers Growth

A summary of the results from Ocado's 3rd quarter

Q3 results at Ocado Retail were celebrated by Hannah Gibson, CEO


Sharing that the numbers of active customers and average orders per week had grown revenues by +15.5%. She confirmed that the strategy they were using was resonating with consumers and that more customers were shopping with Ocado more often because they love the unbeatable choice, unrivalled service and reassuringly good value that Ocado can provide.


Ocado’s strong run of results throughout 2024 has been driven by a number of factors including: 

  • Price Lock reassuring customers of good value against Tesco

  • Growing assortment and targeting new and novel at consumers baskets

  • Continued marketing reassuring consumers of their choices

  • Deep discounts for new consumers (up to 30% off)

  • A strong reputation for customer service related to their drivers
